about Charlotte CorneliusSince graduating in 1991 from Portsmouth College of Art, and Lancashire University where she studied 3D Design specialising in metals, Charlotte has worked in both the jewellery retailing and manufacturing sectors before starting her own business in 1997. |
Working from her home Studio on Hayling Island, Hampshire, Charlotte designs her own collection of individual wedding rings and commissions for one- off pieces of jewellery.
In 1998 Charlotte started designing her own range of contemporary silver/gold and stone set Ready to Wear jewellery, and continues to add to her creations, including her stunning signature ‘bubble’ collection – recently introducing fair-trade natural rubies and pink sapphire cabochon cut gems.
Charlotte selects all precious metals and gems personally and is helped in the handcrafting of both bespoke and limited edition pieces by her locally based team including a Silversmith, Goldsmith and specialist Diamond Mounter.
Charlottes aim is to offer a service that is tailored to each client’s individual needs, to the highest standards, both before and after purchase, and build a long lasting relationship with you, her client.
Charlotte seeks to run her business ethically and with integrity. All work is made and hallmarked in England, gems bought from UK dealers who are part of the Kimberley Process ( using conflict free diamonds and gems only).
In partnership with the Cred foundation, Charlotte is working towards offering ‘green’ gold and platinum options which are ethically produced and environmentally mined.
